Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, items will be  dispatched within approximately 2-5 working days.

Standard shipping costs are at a flat rate of £3.99 regardless of quantity ordered.

Free shipping is offered to orders totalling £100 or more.

Orders are shipped 1st class signed for delivery via Royal Mail.

A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for to arrange a redelivery or collection. 

PayPal is a verified reputable method of payment and is used by Stopshop London for transactions. However if you do not have or wish to create a PayPal account Stopshop London will ship to non verified PayPal addresses also.

Delivery outside of the UK

 

Stopshop London ships throughout the EU, USA and other countries outside of the UK.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, items will be dispatched within approximately 2-5 working days.

Cost for shipping via Royal Mail signed for delivery is £9.00 to EU, £15.00 USA is the usual fee, however it is presently £6.40/$10 while offer lasts, International (Rest of the World) Delivery is £18.00.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

 

Stopshop London endeavours to provide you with beautiful items for your wardrobe. Care is taken to provide you with lovely items for you to treasure.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are sorry to hear that. We are presently accepting returns for clothing only, supplied by Stopshop London branded items. Highstreet shop item(s) (under stylist picks) please locate your nearest branch and return the item(s) in store or via mail to the postal address provided by the store. Each high street store has their own return policy, please see their online store for details.

Designer items provided via Stopshop London are presently non refundable/returnable.

 

Please send an email to customercare@stopshoplondon.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and include:

 

- your name and order number

- the garment(s) you wish to return

- why you are returning this garment(s) 

You can expect a reply within 24-72 hours.

 

Items must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. 

Once your returned package has been received, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. Stopshop London do not cover the cost for your returned package.

Please return items to the address included in your package.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

 

We are not responsible for the loss, damage or delay of packages returned, any package lost in transit will not be treated as a return. We would suggest using an insured shipping service that provides a tracking number.

 

Due to Stopshop London providing garments from various designers, sizing may differ from designer to designer.

Please ensure you select the correct sizing for yourself. If you are unsure, please email Stopshop London for assistance.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and jewellery unless fault is as a result of transit issues.

 

If this is the case, contact Stopshop London via email within 7 days of receiving the item detailing the defect - if Stopshop London approves the faulty item,

please return via Royal Mail signed for/recorded delivery only (original shipping charges are non refundable) Stopshop London do not cover the cost for your returned package.

 

Stopshop London reserves the right to refuse exchanges - merchandise must be returned in new condition with tags attached accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

 

Please return items to the address included in your package. 

 

Please note that Stopshop London is an online boutique store - therefore products may be limited and stocked accordingly and items you originally purchased may or may not still be available.
